A.L.I.C.E HomeCare is Hiring a Home Health Aid Near Parma, OH

Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals in their homes.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide medication administration and assist with medical appointments
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Keep the client's living space clean and organized
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist with mobility and exercises as prescribed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a nursing home, assisted living facility, or home care setting is preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Ability to provide tube feeding if required
- Experience in caring for seniors or individuals requiring special assistance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
